What Mirrofy is for

Mirrofy is a community for virtual try-ons of women's fashion. People come here to explore outfits from our wardrobe, see how looks could work on them, save favorites to a wishlist, and share their best comparisons with friends or with the Style Feed.

Everything we ask of you below comes from this single starting point: the content you create here should fit that purpose.

What we hope you'll do

• Try on outfits you're genuinely curious about.
• Share your favorite duos with friends for honest feedback.
• Post comparisons to the Style Feed when you'd love a second opinion.
• Wishlist the pieces you actually want, so we learn what you love.
• Discover styles, colors, and silhouettes you wouldn't have tried otherwise.

What doesn't fit here

Some content is off-topic for what Mirrofy is built for. It isn't about who you are — it's about whether the content fits the platform's purpose. The same rule applies to everyone.

Off-scope content

Examples of content we may remove from the Style Feed or shared duos:

• Try-ons posted as a joke, prank, or novelty rather than as genuine style exploration.
• Content that has nothing to do with the women's fashion catalogue — e.g., trying on items just for shock value or absurdity.
• Content used to make fun of fashion, of other users, or of women generally.

Worth being clear: a parent or partner exploring an outfit on behalf of someone else is fine. A creator posting authentic style content is fine. What we're protecting against is content that breaks the room — that turns a space made for genuine fashion exploration into something else.

Always prohibited

The full list lives in our Terms of Service, Section 7. The short version:

• Nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Any sexualized content involving minors.
• Violence, self-harm, hate speech, harassment.
• Photos of other identifiable people without their consent.
• Photos of public figures used to impersonate or mislead.
• Removing the AI watermark from generated images before sharing.

How we decide

We try to keep things transparent and fair:

• Default is private. Try-ons stay yours. Sharing to the Style Feed or to a vote-link is always an explicit opt-in.
• We review what's reported. Other users can report a post from the post's overflow menu. Reports go to our moderation team.
• You'll know when content is removed. If we hide or remove your post, you get a notification explaining why and how to appeal.
• Patterns matter more than one-offs. A single borderline post usually gets a heads-up. Repeat off-scope or rule-breaking posting may lead to a temporary suspension or permanent account removal — see Terms of Service for the full escalation ladder.

How to report

If you see something that doesn't fit, you can report a post from the kebab (⋮) menu on that post. Choose the closest reason from the list — off-scope, harassment, NSFW, spam, or "something else" with a short note — and submit. We'll take it from there.

For account-level issues (impersonation, repeated abuse, anything urgent), email support@mirrofy.app.

Appeals

If your post or account is actioned and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notification or email support@mirrofy.app. We'll re-review and respond. You always have the right to an appeal — this is required under the EU Digital Services Act and we take it seriously.

Changes

We may update these Community Guidelines as the platform grows and as we learn what works for the community. Material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect. The Last updated date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
